Imagine that you are writing an email to Expert Photo about a faulty camera you bought from them.

Write the body of the letter in three paragraphs using the guidelines provided and your personal touch. Click "save writing" when finished.

Use the first paragraph to explain the purpose of your letter. Describe your purchase (include the make or model number, date of purchase and any other relevant facts). Next, describe the problem you are having with the camera.
The second paragraph is where you state the action you want taken (money back, credit card credit, repair, exchange, etc).
The third paragraph is a wrap-up. Mention that you have enclosed copies of records, such as a receipt or guarantee. End with a polite sentence and a way to contact you with any further questions.
