Good writers always make sure that their subjects and verbs agree. In this activity, you’ll practice subject-verb agreement.

For example, we say "he eats" and "she eats," but we say “the boys eat.”  Each subject (she, the boys) calls for a different form of the verb "to eat" in the present tense. Note that the verb for "she" and "he" takes an s.
