Our bodies need water. Water helps to carry nutrients to our cells and keeps us healthy by flushing out toxins. When you don’t drink enough water, you can get dehydrated. Even mild dehydration can leave you tired and feeling drained.
We keep our bodies hydrated by drinking water and by eating foods that contain water. Some foods have a higher proportion of water than others.
